Crispy Bacon diced tomato tender spinach shaved red onion blue cheese crumbles and balsamic vinaigrette. Served with freshly-baked bread.

Second Course - Stuffed Chicken Breast
Stuffed with goat cheese, topped with creamy tomato coulis. Served with roasted seasonal vegetables and lemon and parsley wild rice pilaf.
Vegan/Vegetarian Entrée available upon request.

Third Course - Strawberry Short Cake
Fresh baked biscuits, macerated strawberries, and fresh whip cream
