First Course - BTL Crostini
Shredded romaine lettuce, summer tomato, crispy bacon, garlic aioli, olive oil crostini

Second Course - Roasted Corn Salad
Roasted corn, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, Cota cheese, black beans, crisp romaine lettuce, cilantro lime dressing

Third Course - Your Choice of Entrée
Entrées are served with roasted seasonal vegetables and roasted barley garlic pilaf.
