First Course - Tomato Bisque and Freshly Baked Focaccia
Main Course – Choice of Entrée
- New York Strip Steak finished with a classic Bordelaise sauce of red wine, shallots, thyme, and rich demi-glace. Served with seasonal vegetables and the chef’s starch.
- Ribeye (Chef’s Select Entrée Upgrade) served with a classic Bordelaise sauce of red wine, shallots, thyme, and rich demi-glace, seasonal vegetables and the chef’s starch.
- Roasted Rosemary Airline Chicken topped with a rich rosemary cream sauce made with butter, garlic, and fresh rosemary. Served with seasonal vegetables and the chef’s starch.
- Southwest-Style Salmon fillet seasoned with mild chili-garlic spices, finished with a bright lemon garlic cream. Served with seasonal vegetables and the chef’s starch.
- Butternut Squash Ravioli (Vegan Meal, Vegetarian Entrée) filled with roasted butternut squash, drizzled with olive oil, and finished with vegan parmesan and a pinch of sea salt.
