Three-Course Summer Dinner Menu First Course – Greek Salad Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, red wine vinaigrette. Served with freshly baked rolls and garlic herb butter. Gluten free bread is available upon request. Main Course – Your Choice of Entrée All entrées are served with Roasted Fresh Local Market Vegetables (mix of summer squash) and Herb Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes.
