First Course – Choice of Entrée
- Sirloin Steak with a classic demi-glace. Served with seasonal vegetables and the chef’s starch.
- Lemon Dill Salmon fillet with lemon dill butter. Served with seasonal vegetables and the chef’s starch.
- Butternut Squash Ravioli (Vegan Meal, Vegetarian Entrée) filled with roasted butternut squash, drizzled with olive oil, and finished with vegan parmesan and a pinch of sea salt.
