1st Course - Savory Spinach Bites
Flaky puff pastry filled with seasoned spinach and a savory cheese blend, baked until golden.
2nd Course - Citrus, Strawberry & Avocado Salad with Freshly Baked Bread
Mixed greens with fresh citrus segments, ripe strawberries, and creamy avocado, finished with a light vinaigrette.
Main Course - Your Choice of Entrée
Ribeye
Medium Rare Ribeye (unless otherwise requested at booking) served with savory demi-glace made from deeply roasted onions, creamy red potato mash and roasted asparagus.
